It will stitch but won't turn into a solid

Once again, I am trying to turn a stitched surface model into a solid, but it won't do it. I have no errors when I inspect the model, don't see any unstitched or overlapping edges. Anyone have any workarounds to get it to turn into a solid? Happy to attach the file or send it to you if you want to take a look

Can you right click on your stitched surface feature and select Make Base Feature?

No, that is greyed out.

Hi,

 

There are two small "opened corners" on your model.

 

I've attached a dumb file, but it is a body.

Ok...I did the same as you, stitched it all together and don't get a solid....GRRR...I am going to try using your parasolid file. Thanks for the help
