Hi Sean, The issue is the License Utility Install. I received an upgrade from Mike Brown Director, Solid Edge Academic Relations www.facebook.com/solidedge
After the issues with installing SE for the umpteenth time... Getting finally closer to get back for school,work. I never received a License from SE. For about a week trying to get in touch with Siemens to get this issue resolved. I truly apologize for being a thorn in everyone side.
