License Utility for ST10 does not start

Creator
Creator

Hello,

I've been searching the forum all day and couldn't find an answer to my issue

I've tried installing ST10 today( we have been using in the company the 2d free version) on a new machine.

After install I receive the "Your copy of solid edge must be licenced..." message and then nothing happens

What I have tried so far:

- reinstall (of course, reboot too)

- using the Licence Utility from start menu or install location

- changing the Licence Utility compatibility and rights

I have ran out of options at the moment

below is the sysinfo

You could try to restore factory settings using the settings and preferences wizard.

Reinstalling does not clear the registry.

"C:\Program Files\Solid Edge ST10\Program\SECopySettingsWizard.exe"

Thank you tech-value, but I cannot get to that part. I'm trying to launch it and it just does nothing

- check system event viewer, maybe issue is related to a system component

- check AV logs, try to disable real-time protection during install

- if you have .NET framework 4.7 uninstall it, reboot and retry

- retry install in another path like   c:\Siemens\ST10

- cross your fingers Smiley Happy

@Ranton  Have you tried having another user logon to the PC with a different account?
