I was wondering how Solid Edge translate "Lip" in the french software :

This can be typically found under "Thin Wall"

Follow the icons in this image:

Alternatively, you can use the Command Finder at the bottom of the Solid Edge window.

A quick look in google gives Levre.

Edit: maybe "le bord" is more appropriate here.
