Locate center of slot works with ordered but not synchronous ?

Hi,

Is there a way to easily locate the center of a slot using the steering wheel? It works so well with ordered and relationships, it automatically detects the center of the slot, but with synchronous it doesn't. Is there a trick to it or should I advise siemens of the problem?

Thanks

This may or may not help.

When I mate a slot to a hole (my slots are just rectangles because of punching) I use two pair of center relation. Starting with a single on the hole, and double on two sides of the slot. Then I do that again for the other axis. Perhaps the same thought process could help.

Oh I know how to work around the problem, it's just suprising that when you make a slot using the slot command, the center of the slot is so easily detectable using relationships and not when using the steering wheel. But SE has a tendacy of making thing work in one mode but not in the other.

Apparently there's no direct way to it. Thanks.
