Lofted flange centered at assembly reference planes

How to place this two lofted flange with there outer bend radius against each other, centered at the reference planes of the assembly?

Find the part and assembly in the attachment.

Hello,

 

Is the tangency point of the bend radius on the reference plane?  If so, you can use the mate tool to place two occurances of the part.  You will probably also use mate to align the other planes because the planes are facing each other.

 

If the tangency point is not on the plane, use the tangent constraint tool to place the radii in contact with each other, then use the mate tool to align the other planes.

The tangency point is not on the plane. I tought the tangent relationship only worked between a radius and a face but is works also between radii.

I also found another solution. In the sheetmetal part I put a plane tangent to the radius and then related it with a mate to the reference planes of the assembly.
