Someone knows if there is an application implemented in a command or button so that when it runs show the minimum and maximum thickness of the part and the location of each one.

Hi @xeniaturon

the only way I can imagine to get this result might be to have a a part with two bodiesin it.

The inner body and the outer body

Then You can measure the minimum distance between those two bodies

Of course You can change the option to show the maximum distance, but this nwo will not be a perpendicular distance bewtween two surfaces

So to find the maximum thickness is not that easy and needs a more induitive method by the user

As far as I know, there is no explicit application to find this.

One workaround might be to use SE Simulation to apply a pressure to e.g the inside of the model, then plot the displacement or stress. The model then doesn't need to be water tight.

To measure the detailed thin wall section then place a Cross section and place Measurements.

Good luck!
