Hi mates!

I was wondering if any os you can tell me how to use the tool SEHolePipeTxtFromSW.exe, with an example or a screenshot of the use of this tool please,  because I’m reading the help of Solid Edge but it’s not clarified in the way of typing the required information in DOS.

Regards!!

@Joanpolo  Based on the ST10 Help, it appears there are 4 arguments to the SEHolePipeTxtFromSW.exe command:

  1. "Holes" or "Pipes"
  2. Path/Filename of the SolidWorks "SWBrowser.mdb" file
  3. Path to save the Solid Edge "hole.xls" or "pipe.xls" file
  4. The unit standard to convert (Help shows the codes to use)

So I would imagine the syntax to be:

SEHolePipeTxtFromSW.exe Holes c:\folder1\folder2\SWBrowser.mdb c:\folder3 ai

This would convert the ANSII Inch holes in the SolidWorks database to a hole.xls file in c:\folder3.
