Hi, Looking for a solution when uisng mirror components in an assembly where I need to select Front plane.

What I been doing is selecting one by one to change.

Is there a way to select all and change it at one time?

Hi @jeff2xmen ,

is my understanding correct, that You want to mirror some components about ex plane while most are mirrored about yz?

Is this possible in reality?

When You are selecting the main mirror plane during the feature steps, this one should be used, isn't?

But if the request still is here, will a copy/paste work?

Change one, copy (RMB), select all others and paste (RMB).

Not sure wether this works here, but I know it works in other columns.

regards
Wolfgang

I like to mirror the components on the same plane. Normally I mirror parts that are 20 on counts/pieces and I select one by one to change the plane.

Copy paste doesn't work on this option I think.

Or I'm missing some steps to do the right thing.

Unless I'm missing something, I think you want to know the best way to mirror a part. If that is the case I wouldn't change each individual feature. Simply create the mirror using the "Part Copy" command and select "Mirror Body" then chose whatever plane you want.
