Hi Folks:

I am a high school teacher working in ST4.  I have a student who wants to make a 3d model of a panzer m3 tank.  the hull is largely a rectangular solid but at the front it has compound angle surfaces.  I can't figure how to do it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Will you/student be modelling this in Synchronous or Ordered mode?...as the options & execution differ slightly.

Well I am stuggling along with out much more access to documentation than I can get with the tutorials and some on line stuff......., so I just downloaded a pdf explaining the differences between ordered and syncronous.  As far as which will we use?  Which ever works best.

Thanks   Mike

OK so i read through some of the pdf I found and I can say I will be working in Synchronous.  The ordered environment looks like the old V12 I first learned.  I have become somewhat more used to the synchronous environment, so I will stay out of ordered unless someone has reasons for using it.
