I wanted to share some personal info about @SeanCresswell for the greater good.
Sean has recently taken up Jet Ski racing as a passion. Sometime this past weekend Sean was thrown from his bike during a race and pretty severely injured his ankle. He is otherwise doing ok. He has a number of surgeries ahead of him. 1st they will attempt to stabilize the ankle externally to allow swelling to reduce. Thereafter they will fix the ankle internally with plates and hardware. Our Friend has a long road to recovery.
I don't know when Sean will return to work, and thus our SE Community Forums. I thought it would be good to give our pal some cheers. If you want to send Sean your well wishes or have other snide comments, leave them below and I will inform him to take a peak when he can...
first thank You very much for keeping us informed and giving us that info.
And from me the best wishes to @SeanCresswell
I hope You will be back as soon as possible, with less pain and healed.
Keeping fingers crossed and innervating thoughts with You.
All the best for You
Thanks for letting us know. I know Sean is very active on the Community site and apparently very active when not on the Community site. I expect his input will be missed but don't think it will be very long before he is chiming in again.
Hope you heal quickly Sean!!
Thank you @Johnson_BigMatt, et al.
Have been trippin on some good strong meds, and initially had problems logging back into the forum, but I figured it out eventually.
Will be in hospital here for 3 weeks, then home to for a couple more weeks, to return to work, on crutches [seated & elevated leg].....and will be able to put my foot back on the ground in another few weeks. Start physio to walk again in 6 months.
So now my brain is a little clearer, between surgeries, I'll try to swing by from time to time.
Thanks again friends.
