Are you running IE 11 by chance? I have reported this. The workaround I do is past the help URL in to Chrome and search there. Works fine.

This should keep me from asking so many small questions here.
You can also switch from "online" help to "local" by unchecking the "Use my web browser to display help" found under Solid Edge Options-Helpers.
Because SE is hard coded to use IE for On Line Help.
