only just for confirming, You have a 3D license and not a 2D only?
And when set up the template list (from the start screen) You will see all types of templates and not only drafts?
Thanks for the reply Wolfgang. Yes we have the 3D license. One of the other users here was having the same problem and tried running the software as administrator. This solved the issue and the rest of the templates were available. It worked on my computer, too. We don't know why this is necessary, but for now we aren't going to spend time figuring it out. Just glad to use the rest of the templates.
@JHighet This makes me suspect a virus scan or other sort of Admin security tool. Make sure to whitelist all SE file types and the SE Install folder.
