Hi,
on my W10 machine and ST9 MP4 import from JT with PMI regenerates true PMI dimensions. I used same and different JT settings.
So I can not confirm your issue.

Hi,
I tried export and import as JT your model. I got PMI dimensions as annotations.
But when I created my simple model and exported and imported from JT, I got PMI as PMI dimension.
Try my file and let me know.
Maybe next interesting fact is that your file was created in version Solid Edge v10. Maybe this issue can be related to this because I had another issue with thread extend in hole feature in files created in SEv17.

Hi,
PMI can be "Semantic" & "Polyline" object. Polyline is used in viewers and it is a representation mode. Solid Edge ST7 was the first version which supported export/import PMI. In Solid Edge the "Symbolic" utilizes the Polyline representation of the PMI. Symmetric, ballons, dual dimensions will be represented as symbolic, but they will not be attached to any edges or vertex...
The new JT translator (ST10) can be provided more as @ota_poul2 has already mentioned.
