Siemens PLM believes that the problem you reported where "The environment 
change from ordered to synchronous automatically." will be resolved by code 
changes made to the release of our product Solid Edge version ST10.

In the unlikely event that this does not resolve the problem or if you have
further questions or comments on this subject, please contact the Global
Technical Access Center (at 1-800-955-0000 or 1-714-952-5444) so that we can 
help address the issue.

Excuse me...
If the problem is solved by changing only the code ...
Can you send me a simple file?

I have a lot of work.
It's cumbersome every time.

You have to read the details.

 

This will be done with ST10 and I think development will not hand out abeta version for You only

And it doesn't make sense to work with a prerelease software!

I am told to copy and paste only one modified file in ST9.
I asked if I could send only one file for ST9.

Work with your VAR and/or GTAC directly and ask if a "hot fix" is available. 

 

This forum is NOT a method to interact directly regarding your Ticket. 

You can add notes to your ticket via the GTAC weblink to your ticket however.

 

In some cases a .dll can be manually replaced but depending on the root of the fix it may not be that simple.

 

Making some assumptions about the description of your problem:  "environment changing"  might suggest to me that there are more then 1 possible .dll involved if not high level architecture which may simply not be feasible with a hot fix.

 

Again, in such case, work with your VAR and GTAC direct.  Such hot fixes are not for public consumption and you assume some risk and special process when doing so.

Since this appears to be a regression from ST8, I will check to see if it is possible to roll this fix into an ST9 MP.

(Today is the last scheduled build for ST9 MP7, so I know we can't make that one.)

 

But like Matt Johnson said, please work with your VAR or GTAC in the future, they are available to help you more.

Development was able to roll-back the fix for 8825599 to ST9 MP8, targeted for late June - early July.

From late June to early July, I think a big problem will be solved.
