Pattern icon

Hi all,

I am pretty well known with SE, but this is a icon in the Pathfinder that I have never seen before.

Does any of you know what this is?

Hi @DanielMCMLXXXII

hardly back in the community and yet the first question.

This symbol rather is not a pattern but a dupicate symbol

See it as an non-regular pattern by blocks or coordinate system or by reference parts

You can have it in a part where You can duplicate features or in an assembly where You can have it to get multiple instances from parts or subassmeblies (Duplicate Components).

IMHO one of the greatest enhancements with ST7 / ST8 and ST9

Wolfgang

Example -

You have 2 bolts holding a bracket in an assembly.

The bracket is used several times within the assembly.

Place the 2 bolts on one bracket, then use the Duplicate Components command to copy them to the other brackets.

Limitations -

Will not copy a pattern item.

HP Z420 16GB RAM
Quadro K4000
ST7 MP10 on Windows 7 Pro 64.
