I have a problem to run Solid Edge ST9 Student Edition.
When I run the program, this don't open and show an error. See image.
I have Windows 10, Version 1511, 64 bits, processor Intel Core i5 and 4 Gb of RAM.

this is general error window when "something unusual" happens.
1. Upgrade graphics card driver
2. Check if there are any pending Windows Updates
3. Reinstall Solid Edge
At the bottom of error window there is a path to crashlog.txt file. Can you post it here?
In the error dialog it lists a crash log file at the bottom. Find that file and post it here. May provide some clues. Does this happen if you attempt to load a DFT file?
the next step I would try is, to uninstall Solid Edge completely and then install it new but not under c:\programms rather ontoory a second disc or second partition where You creat a new directory (could also has the name programs) and start it from there.
I have seen rights problems when not enough privileges are available for the user
Interestingly enough the crashlog does not list any PC specs... This doesn't happen to be installed on a MAC running BootCamp or Parallels (or other desktop virtualization for a Mac)?
