I have a problem with a Solid Edge premium license. When I started Solid Edge with a premium license I doesn’t have an access to the Simulation tab, but if I use an emergency license file I have access to the Simulation tab.
I try to generate again the license through the partner xpress but the issue persists.
I try to add manually the Simulation tab in the option “customize” to modify the environment, but doesn’t appear the Simulation.
I try to delete the regedit but the issue persists.
Someone knows how to solve this? Maybe reinstall the Solid Edge?

Did you try to rename Customization folder here: "c:\Users\xyuser\AppData\Roaming\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge\Version 1XX\"

@ImicsWe tried and it doesn't work. We had installed the program in a new computer and we found the same issue. We had tried to change the Window's placement, because I found that it may be the solution, but everything was correct.
I think that the license it is corrupt.

you open SE empty and under the Application button you select to use the SE Simulation if using a Floating license.
