Purge Blocks

Some one had asked for this a while ago but I am unable to find which post.

The attached macro purges i.e. deletes all un-used blocks

These are blocks which have no occurrences placed in the Draft.

The command has roots in an equivalent feature in AutoCAD where people use it for reducing the file size.

Other similar references are Purge Layers, Purge Variables and Purge CFG files.

Thanks for the test @Imics

I hope it will be useful for people migrating from AutoCAD to Solid Edge.

would it be possible to purge the unused blockviews too?

as you see in the image below, after i have executed your tool, in the blockgroups are many unused views left over. is there a way to purge this too with your tool?
