First off thanks for taking your time to read my post.
I am using Solid Edge V20.
I have attached an image to make my problem clearer.
The part is comprised of two revolved parts.
The first revolution is a complete revolution and is fine as such.
The second revolution is only over a distance of 6°. Now I want to repeat this revolution 29 additional times to make for 30 evenly spaced parts of 6° each. I have tried this with the pattern tool but I can't seem to be able to select a revolution as a feature?
Many thanks in advance,

It seems to work fine in ST7. I have no way to test in V20, but there is no reason this should not work in V20 also. If you post the file I can try it, but you won't be able to open it once I save it.
I would note that your second revolved protrusion appears to be a closed profile and it does not need to be closed. You can use open profiles in SE.
Are you using an academic license? I am unable to open the file.
I agree with the opinion to closed vs. opened profiles.
Here an open profile should be prefered.
And in my opinion I would go the other way round.
Create a full rotational cross section and then make one cutout.
Try to pattern this cutout.
And again use an open profile too.
