Not just Solid Edge but a majority of the Siemens PLM products! A long time ago, I got the priveledge of shadowing with the GTAC staff in California for 3 days. They are not only smart but a good looking bunch to! :-)
Seiously, GTAC services is what should be used during a software demonstration. The sales person should call with a problem during the demo. Then ask "What level of support can you get from your other 'options'?" That should be a deal winner! It is definetly an under used competitive advantage.
