Saving draf parts list structure for new drawings

Hello, I want to what is the quickest and simpliest way of saving the parts list structure (items, colum widths, layout, justification etc.) so that when adding a new parts list in a new draft I don't have to go through the whole process of setting it up again to match the previous list ? Thanks in advance

Hi there @Anthony1,

Once you have your "Parts List" setout [location and fields] as you like it, then simply give it a meaningful name and "Save" it....like my example below.

Hi Sean, thank you very much for the information, so if the parts list configuration is saved as you have shown I can then load it when creating a new draft with parts list and the setout will be the same ?

Hi @Anthony1,

Yes, it will now appear listed as a configuration for re-use, in the drop down menu, for a list configuration to use....so, Select Parts List > Select Your Model View > Choose From Quick Select Drop Down List - Your Config > Click to place your list [will go to predefined location, if that is enabled in Properties]
