The "Bend Inside" option on the command bar should give this result. Basically its saying put the bend entirely inside of where the edge formerly was. So it should give this.
This picture is excactly what i want. I can't find DCStaples' "inside bend", so i guess i'll have to add another flange to accomplish this.
Thx all, Johan
You can extend flange if you edit the sketch of the flange, so you don't need for additional feature in Traditional mode. In Synch only you have to grab and pull the right face...
Here is a simple example:
I hope this will help!
If you have free time I suggest that you should try synch out, because it is very flexible!
Have a nice day!
This is probably the shortest demo on Sync SM ever -- and fully 4 years old now, but shows some of the power. I recommend you look into it. For this kind of work it really rocks.
Where can i find a free course for die-hard-ordered users, to make the switch to Synchrounous ST6? I was introduced to synchrounous in ST2 (i believe) and decided than that this was nothing for us. We had less control over dimensioning a part, and it seemed that a part could just be stretched and modyfied without controlling the dimensions if it. it might have changed since ST2, so i could give it a 2nd chance.
Tips & links are welcome.
PS: Where are the courses that came with Solid Edge (front opening screen upper right), no sign of it in ST6
