Sheet metal flange 90 degrees sharp edge rather than round radius

We manufacture rigid boxes.  Most material we use are .098" chip board with "V" groove so that when folded to 90 degrees, the outside edge becomes sharp 90 degrees not like sheet metal round radius.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

You need to do V-grooving first before bending, you can refer to this article writing about V-grooving technique and V-groover operation:

That looks like a bit of work, especially if you do this all day. Would a "feature" be an option, that you can drag onto your part?
