Hi,

Open this flange as a sketch and change the contours to appropriate shape, or just unbend the flange and do simple cut off.

Hi,

In this case I suggest using contour flange command. Smiley Wink

Or use "Edit profile or Dynamic Editing" where you can modify angle and after this all use Close 3-Bend corners command!

@agoodwin, you seem to have picked a face instead of just an edge or edges for the contour.

@Tushar, "You are the Guru !!"

I think Deity might be more appropriate.

Looks likie the base is possibly a PART not a shettmetal part? I'm not seeing a bend radius or a bend relief for the intersecting bends?

Lofted flanges wont work if you need the bend faces to be co planer and the loft edge is NOT perpendicular to the original bend line. see video for the differencees.  If faces need to be co planer I'd bend one flange then use loft, but check option to miter end cut. The proceed to add materila using tab.
