Is there any support from Siemens through Remote Desktop connection or Team Viewer to solve my error in my Model........If there is any Option plz tell me the procedure how to contact them ???

If you contact GTAC with your problem, you can upload or email the file to them and they can have a look at it. They have been able to solve problems in my model and email it back to me.
