Sketch not being absorbed

So my sketches are no longer being absorbed when the feature is created. I am using ST7, mainly synchronous, and have looked all over for a menu to address the issue but have came up empty. Seems like such a simple problem, but it is making me crazy. Please help.

Sketches are not absorbed in Synchronous. After the sketch is used you can turn it off or delete it if you don't want to use it again.

Is this a new upgrade? Because I have always drawn in Sync and my sketches use to move to USED SKETCHES when the drawing was extruded or a cutout was created, for example.

The sketch should show up in the Used Sketches collector. What's happening for you?

I create my sketch on either a plane or surface of a part, cut or extrude, the feature is created, but the sketch lines still show where they were drawn and I have no listing for "USED SKETCHES" in the Pathfinder

Michele,

Right Mouse Click on your sketch in Pathfinder and make sure "Migrate Geometry and Dimensions" is checked.

Hope this helps.
