Is there a way to snap to the quadrant of a torus (3D dohnut). This is been a source of a few problems for me. So far I have avoided the issues with prudent use of planes and knowing exact dimensions. But now I have a situation where I need to snap to the outside quadrant of a torus.
Make sure you turn on the "Silhouette" option in Intellisketch settings.
Can't see your video. Says unknown contet.
I REFUSE to use the Solid Edge YouTooStupid video... It's almost as dumb as the Solid Edge Facebook website. Neither Google or Facebook is trustworthy enough to have anything of mine up there.... especially videos and pictures.
Has nothing to do with whinning... and everything to do with both Google's and Facebooks horrible record on privacy.

The allegations include unauthorized sharing of data with third parties and using the Facebook Like button to track users on third-party websites."
I already hate the fact that I get constant pop-ups on my iPad for Solid Edge. Although I'm happy for SE getting greater exposure, I'm not really sure who's to blame for this, or where they're picking up I use CAD or whatever.
So if you are comfortable with the Government in your pants then have at it. But for me I avoid them like the plague.
Just remember this:
