Solid Edge On-Line Help Problem

I am getting the following error on two computers when I try to go to on-line SE help. Anyone else see this? Know of a fix?

Ok, so a server issue with them and not something wrong on my workstation.

 

What I was headed to help for was a quick tutorial on rendering with Keyshot. I have not used it yet and I was asked today to create about 25 images for marketing. Nothing fancy, and I could have done it quickly and easily in the old rendering environment, but now I am completely lost.

 

Does anyone know of anything on line in regard ot keyshot tutorials. Just need to get some quick images and I don't have a lot of time to spend learning at the moment.

If the on line help works or not appears to me to be dependent on the total strength of Internet connection + the load on the Siemens server. If the request times out, that is the error.

 

A work around is to capture the links when it does work, then place that link in chrome that tends to have less lag. That helps me over half the time, but not all the time depending on your access and the total Internet load.
