Good Afternoon Srs,

How I visualized who you are well experienced in SolidEdge certifications.

I am from Brazil and am having divergence in my solidEdge certification, If it does not disturb you, could you help me? It refers to the value imputed in the response box.

Calculation of volume:

Result shown on solidedge:

I put the value in the answer box: 1620426945.

Distance:

I put the value in the answer box: 18096.

SolidEdge says that it's wrong

I was disapproved twice for this divergence, could you tell me what would be the correct value as the example above?

Att,

Wendel Trento

@WendelTrento,

Already replied to this in your last post........but again, it looks to me, that you have omitted the decimal points in both of your answers. Include or remove them, and see if that helps you.

Hello Wendel,

In your answers to the certification test questions, you should use integers - whole numbers with no decimal fraction - in your answers.  So the first answer would be 1620427, and the second answer would be 181.

I think the confusion might come from how thousand seperators & decimal fractions are seperated in different countries.

In most english speaking countries one thousand = 1,000.00

In many non-english speaking countries on thousand = 1.000,00

Could see how this could cause confusion, there may be an option in settings to format numbers as you are used to them.

You're right, Dave, this is the problem.  At this time, the system does not handle decimal separators internationally, and it is not possible to resolve this with settings.  This is why answers should be whole numbers, rounded to the nearest integer.
