@uk_dave  I think you are right, most companies stuck with Windows 7 and are currently migrating to Windows 10.  I know here the only devices that got Windows 8.1 were tablet devices that depended on touch because Windows 7 was horrible for touch and Windows 10 obviously did not exist at that time.

@uk_dave That is exactly what I meant. Windows 8.1 is touch-based centric and MS isn't doing much with this version anymore. From an IT standpoint you are either Win 7 or Win10.
