A bit more detail and a screenshot of the entire monitor would be helpful. But seeing your other post as well... Seems like something is acting up with your CPD... have you closed SE and REbooted your PC?
CPD = Common Properties Dialog - the window that pops up to see the files props and perform the save action,
Can you have another user log in to this same PC and retest? This will test the SE HKey Current User Reg Setting. IF another user can log into Windows on this PC and then log into SEEC and perform the same actions without issue we can rebuild the REG

Have you tried to use cache asst to manually clear the cache?
I wonder if something is trying to process and that pops up the CPD during the Replace command?
might try to close, checkin in, clear cache, delete cache folder, delete SEEC Trans Log. Reboot and Retest?
I would not consider this resolved, you will need the SEEC UI to work correctly.
Since this is a new set up and is not working correctly I'd get with your Install team and get this resolved.
