Split/Multi Body - Does this work in ordered

OK. I have a fairly weird part that for which we need a mold. There is negative draft on several faces so the mold will likely have 3 parts. I have a couple of questions

1) Can I use the Split command and Multi-Body Publish, in Ordered, to make the different pieces of the mold? Normally I would have used the Divide Command. I know that command still exist but there is some value with Split to keeping some connection to the base part.

2)When I use Split, I can get various bodies, but I cannot get it to publish them. What am I missing?

@Greybarn  I looked at your file and it shows 2 Design Bodies, so you have your "split".  I selected Multi-body Publish and was able to publish both bodies.  All done in Ordered...

Got it. Thanks. Seems that I had open the part, not be editing it in the assembly in order to publish the multi-bodies.
