I am trying to animate an adjustable spring. The assembly I think is correct, as I am able to move the piston of the damper and the spring adjusts accordingly. However this only works with no analysis, once physical motion is selected, it treats the spring as a rigid body and no motion is seen.
Moreover, when I remove the spring, and animate the piston of the damper, it works well.
Therefore, is it possible to produce a compression/extension spring animation on solidedge using the physical motion so that the parts connecting to the spring are animated correctly and pistons are not able to go through walls etc.
