Stitching surface into a body fault Solid Edge ST8

Hi! I am new to Solid Edge and I have one problem with stitching enclosed surface into a solid body.

I created kinda complicated enclosed surface and when I stich it together, standard pop-up question appears - I click "yes" to create a solid body and suddently all the surfaces disappear and solid body is missing. There isn't an obvious error message involved.

Could you help me with it, check if it happens on your machine too?

I am using ST8, ordered.

Part file is attached. Here are screenshots:

Hi:

Strangely the design body appears after hiding reference planes as seen in this video:

Wow, thanks a lot!

1. Before attempting to stitch the surfaces, you have sketch problems in your history tree (grey arrows) -- you need to resolve these if you expect to successfully to work with the model.

2. After stitching the surfaces, there is the blue exclamation mark on the body -- you need to optimize the model afterwards.
