Substract feature and assembly mode

[ Edited ]

Hello,

I have created a one part of assembly where I have used a Substract feature to cut my part.

These feature I can easily hide in Part mode.

When I try use this part as a assembly part, the hidden substract feature appears and is visible as on attached pictures.

Can you tell me please how to hide this Substract in ASY mode ?

thank you,

Hi,

Right mouse button on the substructed Part.

You have to disable all surfaces and it should work.

Yasser,
may I get more precise instruction ?
Is it Part mode or ASY mode ?
In ASY mode it is impossible to do, whole part is being hidden after this operation.

Thank you

In the Assembly mode:

And if the whole part is being hidden you have to display the Construction Body!

Re: Substract feature and assembly mode

Hi, another solution is to do this in your part.

Just move the Part to Construction, than you don´t have to do this always when you place this part in another ASM.
