Hi @chiosa_ciprian

is this happening on all assemblies or on specific ones only?

Re: Transfer option in assembly

According to the user on all asemblies. It doesn't matter if we are or not connected to the teamcenter...

Even if the user builds up an assembly from scratch, it still have the error.

Re: Transfer option in assembly

Well ... it is quite difficult.

In all the cases: the user started to work, and then when he tried to move some parts from one assembly to another, the button, the function it is present in the toolbar but it is not active.

Then I close Solid Edge, make the registry changes, the command it is active, and they can continue their job.

And it works fine for 2-3 days, and then... here we go again. Not active, doesn't work...

Somehow, I have a feeling, that it MIGHT be something with pop-ups / notifications.... You know there are some sites that ask you permission to send notifications... and I am afraid that maybe it's because of that. We are using Chrome as a web browser.

Thanks

Hi @chiosa_ciprian

So in that case I would like to suggest, to not plug in those cables anymore and see wether then the problem occurs too or not.

I have in mind, that we had big problems with user interface, tabs, etc. and reason for that - finally turned out - were phones (iphone in that case) which were plugged into the USB ports of these computers.

Stopping this, let all problems disappear immediately.
