Trouble with defining the load-bearing face for a 3D contact constraint in DDM-SE

Hi,

I'm a total beginner and I'm sorry if the question looks dumb. Suppose we have 2 parts hitting each other: For example a falling cube impinging a grounded plate. I need to transfer the impact forces on the grounded plate from the Dynamic Designer Motion to the SE-FEM simulation. The only constraint I have is a 3D contact between the two parts and when I want to add loads to SE simulation it opens an "Unassigned Load Entities" window saying that I need to select a load-bearing face/edge for my 3D contact constraint, but no matter how much I try I'm not able to select anything!

Any help would be very appreciated!

If you have not already contacted DDM support directly, I highly suggest doing so.

I used DDM in my past life and can tell you from personal experiance that those guys are top notch.
