Un-Binder-ing files

Is there any way to delete the links to files once you have entered them in the Binder?

I only see add and edit.

 

I have tried everything I can think of up to and including manually deleting the attached file. This just leaves error messages galore.

In the Binder window, select and press DEL on your keyboard...

You don't want to do that, there is most likely many other folks that will have this same question.

A year into using SE, about half my questions were answed with a "Doh!" on my end.
