Does anyone know the significance of an underlined item in the assembly pathfinder?

Thanks,

Maybe this from: https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/tdoc/se/109/se_help/#uid:displaystatus2c

Updates information for all documents in a managed or unmanaged assembly:

•For managed documents, it retrieves information such as check out status, Teamcenter release status, checks for new versions, and new revisions. New versions are shown in blue font in PathFinder along with New Version Available. New revisions are underlined in PathFinder.

•For unmanaged documents, it retrieves the document status information from the unmanaged documents.

Thanks, that's helpful.   However, I am confused by the fact that I saw only one item underlined in my Pathfinder, and no other underlines in any of the assemblies I work on.  Objects get revisions all the time, but I've never seen an underline before.  So I'm wondering what might be unique about this object.
