Where are callouts saved and how do I copy them?

My colleague has loads of saved call outs - making drafting easier when adding things like notes to drawing.

How can he send them to me?

Is it possible to save them to the template

Consider mapping to a shared file via File Locations from SE Settings ->  Options -> File Location

@Johnson_BigMatt

Thanks, yes that would be better as ideally i would like everyone in the company to use these callouts.

When i'm saving call outs the font size doesnt save. I set it to 8 and save it but when i use the callout it reverts back to 3

edit: also callouts that were saved without leaders are showing leaders, the only thing that seems to have saved is the text only.

Hi @MagRiz

text style, text size etc. is a matter of the used Format Style!

And those are saved within Your document (template)
