Solid Edge Community,
I am having trouble wrapping "text" around a sphere using the "Wrap Sketch" surfacing tool. In short, I've created a plane tangent to my desired surface (the sphere), I've added a text field (with the capital "T"), selected the sphere after launching the "Wrap Sketch" tool, and selected the "T" to complete the process. Much to my dismay, the process will not apply. The images attached will give you a better look at my dilemma. Is there anything I'm doing wrong and what steps can I take to solving this issue?

The letter and the sphere look fine.
I suspect the plane may not be tangent.
I am able to wrap a T that spans much wider than the sphere size.
Attached is the ST 8 part.
Can you attach the part file so I can examine what's wrong.
[EDIT]: Just noticed you are on ST 7 so may not be able to open the part.
Here is a screen-grab of it:
So I was able to wrap the "T" sketch around the sphere in an Ordered environment. However, a new problem has presented itself. My goal is to evenly cut the wrapped "T" about 0.1 inches into the sphere. When I try to launch the Cut tool on the "T" it does the first and second image.
just try a normal cutout here instead of the standard one.
You will find it under the special features.
This will cut normal to the sphere surface with the specified depth.
