How can i construct a cover for a cilinder cut?

The cover must fit into the tube or up to the cut surface

Hi there @KurtCouffez,

 

There are a couple of ways to go about this......the most logical way I find is....model the pipe [which you have done] you can insert a part copy of the pipe into a new sheet metal file, to then make single line contour flange to cover the beveled end of the pipe, then making a normal cutout to trim away outwards from the ID of the pipe.  Done!
