Can you post your broken one?  XML files usually are broken when an opening or closing tag is malformed or missing.

It's all messed up compared to the stock version.  For what I have in there it's easier just to start over and add as needed.  Lesson learned.

For those who happen to use Notepad++ to look at and/or edit XML files, there is a Plugin called XML Tools that has some nice tools to work with XML files such as syntax checking, auto tag closing, Pretty Print (serialize and indenting) along with others.
