Mitchel, This is an intermittent problem during setup. From time to time customers report this symptom. What's happening is that hhactivex.dll does not get properly registered. I don't know all the ins and outs of Setup, but setup shecks to see if you have the file and if not, setup installs and registers it. Setup failed to register it properly. When customers report this problem, they have fixed it running "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\hhactivex.dll" from a command line. Click on Start Click on Run Copy and pase the following in the combo box. regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\hhactivex.dll Click on OK. It should work properly now. Regards, Rick B.
