Hi @LaurentP

I would like to say, that You will have to install Standard Parts in the same way as with any other license typ.

I don't believe that the license You are using will influence the installation of the software.

So start with the Standard Parts Admin from the basic installation image - don't forget to have example parts turned ON, and then install the Machinery Library from the extra image.

After that You have to add wanted parts into the SQL database using the DB Admin

Wolfgang

thanks for your answer @hawcad

You are talking about "installation image" , but i don't have any media.

I installed solid edge through Solid_Edge_Web_Installer and then activated my webkey account in solidedge.

so my main issue is, i guess, where can i download the media

when i try to connect to:

Training & Support / GTAC Siemens PLM / Download Server /WebKey Login Site

i got this message :

"Your WebKey account is valid, but you are not allowed access to this server."

it's probably a bad news ......

Hi @LaurentP

so maybe somebody from Siemens can clarify and explain how this is working?

It would be interesting how different license types are handled and what could be done by who.

Wolfgang
