Hi~ Edge users
During the surface command, the split planes feature was used to split the faces.
I want to use a synchronized adjustment wheel to pull the split side 10mm.
But it does not work.
It's a simple task. I wonder why it does not work.

P.S : SOLID EDGE OPTION-->View-->Graphic Cad Setting value
It works differently depending on the graphics card setting value.

Hi @Hclee
I'm not quite sure wether I understand Your request correctly, but if it is the "Lift" option while moving the splitted face, what You need, I'm happy
See video:

Oh~
There was a Lift option ... ^^
I always try to catch them as soon as they come out ...
This is why default values are important.
Thanks hawcad

Hi @Hclee
one additional statement to this part and the features You have used.
To move the upper part of the front face doesn't reuest a split surface feature before.
In Sync simply draw a single line from one side to the other and YOu can use the region to lift those piece of face.
And I would be happy to hear wether this will solve Your problem or not.

Try using the EXTRUDE command as it can work sbetter in some circumstaces.

Hi @RLR
this is what I meant when saying "... there is no need for a split feature ..."
Using a sketch line only automatically changes to extrude when using the region
But anyway finally there is no difference wether it was a face move with lift or an extrusion to get the wanted results.
