We are looking into moving to ST10 from ST8 shortly. I wanted to know if anyone knows if there's any inprovments to measuring the amount of weld in each weldment?

One thing to note is that weld commands are also now in Part (ST10).  This might be helpful for weight calculations, BOM info, etc.  Because they can be their own part(s), you can also utilize the new Clone Component to easily replicate welds via geometry recognition.  You can still work with weld information within the assembly also, but the new options for Part have some cool benefits.
