One of the greatest powers of Solid Edge is the ability to import geometry from other sources, and allow synchronous technology to enable powerful edits. Solid Edge has included several different “recognize” commands which will search for features like holes, patterns and chamfers in parts and apply attributes so they may be edited like native Solid Edge geometry. This session is ideal for any level of user who would like the see synchronous smarts applied to imported dumb models. We will show you how to import, recognize and attribute common features for great work efficiencies.
