Do you receive models that are in need of clean-up before being able to analyze in Solid Edge Simulation or a finite element analysis tool such as Femap?  Model clean-up can help speed up analysis results by removing unnecessary elements or it may be required to improve mesh results if problematic geometry is found.  This session will provide valuable tips and techniques through lecture and live example by showing how to clean-up surface model geometry.  Users will see how to use synchronous technology for geometry clean-up when Femap FEA is the analysis system.  This session is perfect for both engineers and analysts to learn how to efficiently modify, clean-up, and create surface geometry to be used for Femap analysis studies.
